While listening to Dr Christiane Northrup's Flourish radio show I heard her discuss that most people focus on what they didn't do which brings your sense of worth down. To start feeling good about yourself and to feel a sense of accomplishment, she suggests that you write down an accomplishment each day on your calendar.
Don't let the word, accomplishment, scare you! Here are my accomplishments for the first two days of 2011:
1st- Got out of the house and socialized.
2nd-Put away the laundry.
I already feel better! Let's build up our sense of worth together! Feel free to share your accomplishments!
